Weekend wrap-up

We decided to remove another section of the front parking area to provide additional space.  So, the guys showed up yesterday and got to work on it.  First, however, they did some clearing up around the house and took a couple of truck loads to the dump.

Next week, a wall will be built around the entire parking area, including alongside the avenue again.  Also, we've decided to keep the ramp leading up to the front yard for easy access with the car, when necessary.  Johnny just needs to do some work on the ramp, so it won't be as steep as it is right now.  Initially, we were going to put stairs there, but the ramp will come in handy, especially when I need to load my band instruments in and out of the car.
